Every Jersey wedding starts with the setting, and a nine-mile-by-five-mile island still packs in remarkable range: Norman castles, manor houses, vineyards, coastal hotels and beachside lawns. Published hire prices on the island start around £850 for a simple fort ceremony and reach £2,950 for Mont Orgueil Castle, with hotel packages quoted per person rather than per room.
